Updated the Linux version with SDL 2.0.6

Ok, so I discovered that Ubuntu had a problem with the SDL 2.0.5 version included whit the release. For some reason the repeat functionality in SDL2 that BlockAttack uses for repeating the keypresses triggered imminently in 2.0.5 and caused problems. This did not happen on Fedora. I have uploaded a new Linux build blockattack-linux-2.1.2-2.tar.bz2 that uses SDL 2.0.6. This version no longer has this problem.
