Web build with Emscripten

There is now a web build of Block Attack - Rise of the Blocks. Right here on Itch.
I have wanted to create an Emscripten build for some time but before learning about ASYNCIFY it was too invasive. With Asyncify only minimal changes were needed. Boost had to be cut out.
The web build will allow people to test out the game before downloading, which is important in this day and age.
